Important: Amanah is a record-keeping and educational tool. It does not provide legal, financial, real-estate, credit, or dispute-resolution advice.

Using Amanah

You may use Amanah to organise your own rental records and estimates. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, your right to store it, and any decision to share it. Do not use Amanah unlawfully, to impersonate another person, or to create misleading evidence.

RERA and DLD estimates

Amanah does not access the live Dubai Land Department Rental Index. Any rent-increase result depends on the official average rent you enter and is only an estimate of the bands in Decree No. 43 of 2013. Always verify figures and current procedures through Dubai Land Department or the Rental Disputes Center. DIFC may follow a separate framework.

Activity score and records

The Amanah activity score is private gamification based on actions recorded in the app. It is not a credit score, tenant verification, background check, owner rating, or guarantee of discounts, approval, or other benefits. Payment acknowledgments and similar labels are user-recorded unless Amanah explicitly states that independent verification has occurred.

No official affiliation

Amanah is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Dubai Land Department, RERA, the Rental Disputes Center, DIFC, or any landlord, owner, agent, or service provider.

Your data and backups

You are responsible for keeping independent copies of important contracts, notices, receipts, and photos. Browser storage can be cleared or become unavailable. Amanah is not an evidence escrow or archival service.

Availability and changes

The service may change, pause, or discontinue. Features marked as coming soon are not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Amanah is provided “as is” without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular legal outcome.
